Return Policy
At Lamer Lighting, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and not installed
- In original packaging
- No missing parts or damage
- In resalable condition
Order Cancellation
- Within 24 hours: Orders can be canceled free of charge for a full refund.
- After 24 hours: Cancellation requests may be subject to processing and transaction fees.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may request a return after delivery.
- Custom orders: Customized items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Return Process
1. Request a return
Please email info@lamerlighting.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos and/or videos of the item
- Reason for return
Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
2. Ship the item back
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
- Do not ship to the address printed on the original package without our written confirmation — the correct return destination depends on which fulfillment partner shipped your specific order.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and signature confirmation.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Inspection & resolution
Once received, your return will be inspected within 3–5 business days. We will then issue either:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement (if requested)
Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item):
- We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., no longer wanted, wrong size, ordered by mistake):
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The original outbound shipping cost (if any was paid) is also non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lamerlighting.com with photos or videos. We will:
- Send replacement parts at no cost, or
- Replace the entire product if necessary, or
- Issue a full refund — whichever you prefer
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
- If you have not received your refund after this period:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary)

No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a handling or restocking fee for approved returns.
Important Notes
- Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in original condition to qualify for a refund.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
