A: Orders can be canceled or updated before they are shipped. Please contact us at info@lamerlighting.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or modified. If needed, you may request a return after delivery.

  • Within 24 hours of order: free cancellation
  • After 24 hours but before shipment: cancellation may be subject to processing fees
  • After shipment: not cancellable; you may request a return after delivery
  • Custom-made items: not eligible for cancellation once production has begun

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping across the 48 contiguous United States.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Transit time: 7–15 business days
  • Total delivery: 10–22 business days (approximately 2–4 weeks)

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking activates within 24–72 hours.

Q: How are my orders fulfilled?

A: Orders are fulfilled through our international supplier network and delivered to U.S. customers via established global logistics partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or dedicated freight carriers for oversized chandeliers).

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Q: What if my shipping information is incorrect?

A: Please contact us immediately at info@lamerlighting.com. We can update your shipping details before your order is shipped. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Returns & Warranty

Return process:

  • Request a return: Email info@lamerlighting.com with your order number and photos/videos.
  • Approval: We will review your request within 3 business days.
  • Return shipment: Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Inspection & resolution: Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt. A refund or replacement will then be issued.

Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?

A: It depends on the reason for return:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind (e.g., wrong size, no longer needed): The customer is responsible for return shipping.

A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or solution at no additional cost.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?

A: Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty (excluding light bulbs and accessories that are subject to normal wear). If you experience any issues, contact info@lamerlighting.com with photos or videos. We will respond within 12–24 hours and provide a solution.
