Warranty
Product warranty: We offer a two year warranty for our products(exclude the bulbs).
Within 2 years, if there is any issues or questions about the product, please contact us at info@lamerlighting.com with the pictures and the videos of the problems you are having. We will reply the emails within 24 hours, and provide our solutions for the issues you are having. If the issues are from the accessories we will send you the free replacement by express, and you will be able to receive them in 9~10 work days. If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will help you to solve your problems within 1~2 work days.
(please make sure using the professional electrician to install the products)
Note: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages or natural disasters are all not covered by our warranty policy.
After 2 years, we still provide technical support to help you to solve the issues, but you will need to pay for the replacement and the technical support.
