Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within: The 48 contiguous United States
We do not ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- P.O. Boxes

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended
Shipping Time
- Estimated transit time: 7–15 business days after shipment
- Total delivery: 10–22 business days (approximately 2–4 weeks)
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays
Shipping Method
Orders are fulfilled through our international supplier network and delivered to U.S. customers via established global logistics partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or dedicated freight carriers for oversized chandeliers and pendants).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking becomes active within 24–72 hours.
Signature on Delivery
- Orders under $500: no signature required
- Orders $500 or more, or any freight-shipped large item: adult signature (18+) required for protection against loss or theft
Order Changes & Cancellation
- Within 24 hours of placement: free cancellation, full refund
- After 24 hours but before shipment: contact us — processing fees may apply
- Once shipped: orders cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery
Customs and Import Taxes
For all U.S. orders, the price displayed at checkout includes all applicable charges — no separate customs fees apply for shipments to the 48 contiguous states.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- High shipping volume
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@lamerlighting.com and we will assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange:
- A replacement, or
- A suitable resolution at no additional cost — including covering all return shipping for confirmed damaged or incorrect items
Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment if a package is returned due to address issues
