Shipping Policy

This policy explains how lamerlighting inc. processes, ships, and delivers your order so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days for most orders.
  • Orders placed on weekends or major U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Tracking becomes active within 24–72 hours.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are fulfilled through our international supplier network and delivered to U.S. customers via established global logistics partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or dedicated freight carriers for oversized chandeliers and pendants). The method we choose depends on the item size and current logistics conditions.

3. Delivery Times and Cost

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. All U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Many smaller items arrive faster than the stated window. Expedited options are available for an additional fee — contact our sales team if your project is urgent.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

In some cases, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are levied by the government and are not collected by lamerlighting.com.

The customer is responsible for any customs and import tax charges.

5. Signature on Delivery

  • Orders under $500: No signature is required.
  • Orders of $500 or more, or any freight-shipped large chandelier: An adult signature (18+) is required on delivery to protect your order from loss or theft.

6. Delivery Restrictions

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of order placement: free cancellation and full refund available upon request.
  • After 24 hours but before shipment: contact our team — we will do our best to accommodate, though processing fees may apply.
  • Once shipped: orders cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted. See our Return & Refund Policy for return options after delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for lost shipments).
  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged items where applicable.
  • Email info@lamerlighting.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items is on us.
