- All duties, import fees, and taxes are included in the price. Nothing is due on delivery — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Orders of $500 and over, and all freight deliveries, require an adult signature (18+)
- Large fixtures travel by sea rather than air — that is what lets us ship them free, but it is slower. If you have a firm deadline, email us before ordering and we will confirm in writing what is achievable for this fixture.

30-day returns from the delivery date, at every size. The fixture must be new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all parts.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival: always covered, whatever the size. Contact us within 30 days with photos and we send replacement parts, a full replacement, or a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.
- Change of mind: you cover the return shipping and the outbound freight we actually paid, since shipping was free to you. We quote both amounts and send you the carrier invoice before you ship anything back, so you decide with the real numbers in hand.
- Custom and made-to-order fixtures cannot be returned for change of mind, and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. They are still fully covered if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- No restocking or handling fee, ever.
- 2-year limited warranty on every fixture against manufacturing defects, from the delivery date.
